Laboratory of Pharmaceutial Care and Community Medicine
Outline of Research
 The laboratory of pharmaceutical care and community medicine was newly established in April 2018. In the era of a super-aged society, Japan is promoting the establishment of the community-based integrated care system, and the business of pharmacists is undergoing a drastic change. Community medicine is medical care in people's daily life, and pharmacists are required to centrally and continuously obtain information such as the patient's medication status and to carry out optimal pharmaceutical management and guidance based thereon under the collaboration with other professionals and related organizations.

In order to solve such problems, our laboratory is engaged in the following research.

1) Establishment of collaboration method between pharmacy and medical institution by means of the protocol based pharmacotherapy management (PBPM) and evaluation research of the outcome
2) Study on the geographical distribution of pharmacists
3) Effect of disease states on the kinetics of drug action
